Mental health professionals are in call-centers listening to people in fear and distress or are confronted with grief while working with families directly affected by the illness and deaths brought by the virüs. They are the ones who plan public mental health interventions, or are there to support health staff who battle in the front-lines against the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, they have to take care of their regular clients.
And what about taking care of their loved ones? And taking care of themselves?
Mental health professionals are thus prone to secondary traumatization.
The group gives opportunity to come together, drink a cup of coffee, share feelings, and get support. The best way to prevent burn-out and traumatization.
This is a FREE and CLOSED group. A registration is required to participate.
