"If you want to obtain unprecedented results, try using unprecedented methods". Peter Senge

This 4-week / 10-hour total training module is offering openings to professionals who want to discover new ways to achieve dynamic group sessions and endow their work with new vigor, as well as pleasure. We will bring together knowledge and techniques from psychodrama to inform group facilitation, through exploration of  key action techniques to foster creativity and open the field of possibilities: role reversal, empty chair, doubling, empathy circle, analogical detours (Metaphors, Shape and Colors, Symbolic Objects), etc.

Objectives
Achieving more dynamism in group work, fostering creativity, encouraging agility and developing co-construction using actions methods to encourage 'out of the box' thinking and develop new paths and strategies in working with groups, teams and organizations. For therapists, trainers, coaches, coach supervisors and consultants, counselors, consultants, coaching psychologists and other professionals who work with groups, as well as students and academics of coaching and coaching psychology.
