Refresh your knowledge on scheduling Zoom meetings; Basic audio and video settings; sharing the screen (PowerPoint; images, video, sound only, etc.; adjusting your video layout (speaker view, gallery view, floating thumbnail window); Side-by-side mode or view the screen share with Speaker view. Hiding non-video participants or self-view. Mute participants.  Video management and recording. Safety and confidentiality.

Refresh your knowledge on breakout rooms: enabling, assigning - manual, automatic, self), starting, and ending breakout rooms, move between breakout rooms, broadcast message to all, timing, etc. Virtual backgrounds - images, videos, power point.

Advanced training: Advanced audio and video settings. In-meeting settings for chat, security, share screen, etc. Downloading the Zoom desktop client for utilizing advanced settings. Share screen to all breakout rooms. Zoom Apps. Pinning or spotlighting up to 9 participants' videos. Rearranging the gallery view order.
