Supervision Session Schedule (4 Sessions)
A flexible and interactive supervision series designed for practitioners directing psychodrama online, offering guidance, feedback, and skill-building for work with both groups and individuals in the virtual space.
Supervision is offered in an experiential, action-based format, where learning happens through enactment, role training, and live exploration rather than only discussion.
The topics emerge from the group. Participants brainstorm, suggest, and collectively select themes for each session. These may include situations brought by a group member, such as questions about group process, challenges in directing, or reflections on the personal process of the therapist or group leader. Sessions may also include co-created case studies that address shared or anticipated challenges in online practice, allowing participants to practice directing, experiment with interventions, and engage in role training to strengthen their skills.
