Sociodrama Trainer – British Psychodrama Association (BPA)
Valerie Monti Holland, MA, is a Sociodrama Trainer for the BPA (British Psychodrama Association) and currently serves on the BPA Executive Committee as External Relations Representative as well as on the Equality and Diversity in Action Group, the Training and Accreditation Committee, and the Executive. She is also a founding member of iSCAN (International Sociodrama and Creative Action Network).
As a sociodramatist and social entrepreneur, she facilitates and coaches across the world — from boardrooms to the European Commission, in prisons, and countless conference suites — resulting in films, papers, presentations, and workshops.Her social enterprise, Flower 125 Health CIC, has trained thousands of professionals working with vulnerable children and young people to use action-based methods in addressing health and wellbeing through a unique model of delivery.
Valerie also coaches with a focus on championing women in leadership roles across the private, public, and voluntary sectors.
When she’s not designing ways for groups to engage, you can find her at least ankle-deep in mud on a hike or cycle ride across the Peak District, before collapsing on a yoga mat to integrate body and soul. She’s the very proud mother of a son and daughter.
