SPOONS AND SCENES: USING PSYCHODRAMA TO RECLAIM ENERGY AND SELF-COMPASSION
A 3-Session Online Experiential Program

Presenters:

Description

A gentle, experiential three-session workshop blending Spoon Theory and psychodrama to help participants understand, protect, and restore their energy. Through guided imagery, role work, and embodied action methods, participants explore what drains and replenishes them, release shame around limitations, and learn compassionate boundary-setting.

This workshop supports individuals living with chronic illness, chronic pain, trauma, burnout, compassion fatigue, or everyday exhaustion.
Participants will leave with a personalized energy-preservation plan and practical strategies for spoon-aware living.

Rest breaks encouraged. Come as you are.

Three sessions program · 2 hours each

Online (open to professionals, students, caregivers, and all abilities)
