A HEALING SPACE – A SIX-SESSION CLOSED GROUP

Experiences of loss are an inseparable part of life. The reasons for grief, the ways we experience it, and our individual expressions of it are as diverse as we are.

Grief is a natural and healthy process, yet living with it is often marked by uncertainty and a lack of words. Grief needs space, time, and compassionate attention.

In these experiential sessions, we will share much more than words. We will engage in safe group explorations grounded in openness, reflection, and respect for each person’s grief. Together, we will create space to recognize and honor the full range of emotions that accompany loss.

This group is an invitation to a comforting journey—one of discovering personal needs, learning how to navigate them, and understanding what supports us in integrating grief meaningfully into our lives.
