“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy—the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”
― Brene Brown

This workshop is an immersive learning experience that explores the complex dynamics of human connections, the transformative potential of vulnerability, and the strategic application of psychodrama techniques within the distinctive realm of Tele'Drama. Participants will actively engage in exploratory exercises to deepen their comprehension of relational dynamics, navigate the nuances of vulnerability, and master the art of psychodrama in virtual settings. The participants will co-create an environment of confidentialoty, safety, trust and respect, for deep and powerful explorations,

Participants will have the opportunity to experience the implementation of various psychodrama techniques online and actively participate in roles of their choice. The international composition of the group will bring the richness of diverse cultures and experiences. Considerations for confidentiality, safety, and respect will be prioritized. Please note that this module is unique to those who attend and WILL NOT BE RECORDED. To fully engage in the workshop, participants need to join from a quiet and safe space with no other people present nearby. All cameras must be 'on' throughout the entire session, and participants are expected to arrive 5 minutes early.
