Acting the Unconscious: Dream Work Through Psychodrama A 2-Hour Experiential Workshop
Each night, our unconscious speaks to us through vivid images, unresolved emotions, and symbolic stories. In this experiential workshop, we will bring these dreams to life using psychodrama—an action-based method that invites participants to step back into the dream, embody its roles, and transform its energy through creative exploration. In contrast to symbolic interpretation models, this approach treats dreams as living dramas.
Rather than analyzing them intellectually, participants are guided to re-enact their dreams on the action stage, engaging with roles, emotions, and unresolved dynamics in the here and now.Instead of interpretation, this method offers a path to transformation and healing—empowering the dreamer through action, spontaneity, and embodied insight.
By entering the psychodrama of our dreams, we access the creative wisdom of the unconscious and bring it into conscious awareness.
This process offers deep personal exploration and integration within a supportive, interactive group setting—fully accessible online.
No prior psychodrama experience is required—only openness to the wisdom of your sleeping self.
