- Re-enactment for Insight: By recreating scenarios that typically trigger procrastination, participants will gain profound insights into their emotional and behavioral responses.
- Emotional Processing and Insight Development: Engage in activities that facilitate the expression and processing of emotions connected to procrastination, fostering a journey towards self-awareness and insight.
