Tired of Not Knowing: Healing Uncertainty Fatigue™ is an original concept and psychological-emotional model developed by Dr. Daniela Simmons, PhD, TEP. It addresses the deep exhaustion caused by prolonged unpredictability, suspended clarity, and the emotional cost of not knowing. Rooted in experiential methods, role-based exploration, and group process, the model offers a path to steadiness, vitality, and presence. This model is offered exclusively through Tele’Drama International.© 2025 Tele’Drama International. All rights reserved.

TIRED OF NOT KNOWING: HEALING UNCERTAINTY FATIGUE THROUGH PSYCHODRAMA
A 10-Month Program — 2 Hours per Month (Total 20 Hours)

Program Description
We live in an age of constant unpredictability — shifting world events, unstable systems, and rapid personal transitions. Many people experience not only anxiety or stress, but a deeper exhaustion known as uncertainty fatigue — a quiet depletion caused by prolonged not-knowing. It is the fatigue of waiting for answers, adapting endlessly, and feeling emotionally suspended between hope and fear.

This 10-session psychodrama group offers a creative and restorative space to meet this exhaustion with awareness, connection, and renewal. Through experiential processes and group encounter, participants learn to transform inner tension into clarity and resilience. The goal is not to control uncertainty but to regain a sense of steadiness and meaning within it — to move from fatigue to vitality, from paralysis to flow.

Meeting once a month for two hours, the group becomes a consistent community of discovery — a place to reconnect with inner trust, emotional balance, and creative spontaneity in the midst of changing times.

Learning Objectives
  1. Recognize and address the emotional and psychological effects of uncertainty fatigue, and identify personal patterns of coping and depletion.
  2. Develop new roles and responses that foster inner stability, adaptability, and creativity when facing unpredictability in personal and professional life.

Key Focus Areas
  • Understanding and transforming uncertainty fatigue through creative and experiential exploration
  • Restoring energy, presence, and trust amid ongoing change
  • Reconnecting with emotional spontaneity and self-expression
  • Building supportive connection and resilience within a safe, international community
  • Finding calm and direction even when external circumstances remain uncertain
