Introduction to Using Action Methods with IFS

Description:

Explore the powerful connection between Psychodrama and Internal Family Systems (IFS) in this 2-session experience. Through engaging Psychodrama techniques, participants will bring IFS concepts to life and put them into action.

Psychodrama and Sociometry

Psychodrama, developed by J. L. Moreno, M.D. (1889–1974), uses guided dramatic action to examine challenges or issues raised in group or individual settings.Sociometry, a branch of social science founded by Moreno, focuses on the study of group formation and interpersonal relationships, offering valuable methods to describe and understand group dynamics.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)Created by Richard Schwartz, IFS® is a transformative framework recognizing every person as a system of parts—including protective and wounded inner parts. With compassion and curiosity at its heart, IFS® promotes healing, balance, and self-compassion.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to:
  • Gain a deeper understanding of the interplay between Psychodrama and IFS.
  • Learn actionable techniques for personal and professional growth.
