Join us for an introduction to the connection between psychodrama and Internal Family Systems.
This 2 session experience will use Psychodrama techniques that will allow us to put IFS concepts into action. Psychodrama and Sociometry: Psychodrama, as conceived and developed by its creator, J. L. Moreno, M.D. (1889-1974), is a method which utilizes guided dramatic action to examine problems or issues raised in a group, or in individual counseling. Sociometry is a branch of the social sciences, based on the work of Moreno, which studies the formation and construction of groups and which features methods to describe and account for the interpersonal relations in groups.

NOTE:
Participants are required to have some experience with Internal Family Systems.

IFS:
Internal Family Systems, or IFS, was created by Richard Schwartz. IFS® is a transformative tool that conceives every human being as a system of protective and wounded inner parts. With compassion and curiosity at its core, IFS® is a model which intends to bring healing and balance to every system.
