A gentle, experiential three-session workshop blending
Spoon Theory and
psychodrama to help participants understand, protect, and restore their energy. Through guided imagery, role work, and embodied action methods, participants explore what drains and replenishes them, release shame around limitations, and learn compassionate boundary-setting.
This workshop supports individuals living with chronic illness, chronic pain, trauma, burnout, compassion fatigue, or everyday exhaustion.
Participants will leave with a
personalized energy-preservation plan and practical strategies for spoon-aware living.
Rest breaks encouraged. Come as you are.

Learning Objectives
