This experiential workshop is designed to help those interested and passionate about helping young
people navigate the complexities of identity formation and also exploring personal identity issues.
Through our session, participants will gain hands-on experience with powerful psychodrama
techniques tailored specifically to address the challenges faced by youth. Each participant will leave
with practical tools and insights to enhance their therapeutic approaches, deepen understanding of
adolescent identity issues, and foster meaningful connections with individuals working with identity
issues.

Participants in workshop will gain several valuable insights and skills, including:

1. Enhanced Understanding of Adolescent Identity Issues: Participants will deepen their
knowledge of the unique psychological and emotional challenges adolescents face in their
identity formation process.

2. Practical Psychodrama Techniques: Through hands-on experience, participants will learn
specific psychodrama techniques to be effectively applied in their work with adolescents.

3. Improved Therapeutic Skills: The workshop will provide practical tools for engaging
adolescents in therapeutic settings, helping professionals foster deeper connections and
more meaningful therapeutic outcomes.

4. Creative Intervention Strategies: Participants will explore innovative, online interventions
that can be used to address a variety of adolescent issues, promoting resilience and self-
awareness.

5. Reflective Practice: The experiential nature of the workshop encourages self-reflection and
personal growth, enabling participants to understand their own responses and biases when
working with adolescents.

6. Collaborative Learning and Networking: Engaging with peers from various disciplines will
provide opportunities for collaborative learning, sharing best practices, and expanding
professional networks.

7. Integration of New Approaches: Participants will learn how to integrate psychodrama
techniques into their existing therapeutic practices, enhancing their overall effectiveness and
versatility as practitioners.

By the end of the workshop, participants will feel more confident and equipped to support adolescents
in their journey of self-discovery and identity formation, using online psychodrama as a powerful tool
for transformation.
