That's why we're offering a convenient way to work out with Daniel, a certified fitness trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-med Biology and years of psychodrama training. He specializes in blending physical exercises with psychological insights to enhance both your mental and physical well-being.
To support your commitment to change, we're introducing a novel opportunity to participate in a small-group setting with a personal trainer, all from the comfort of your own home. We offer a variety of payment options to make this journey as accessible as possible. Your only requirement is to power up your electronic device—a laptop is preferred for optimal interaction—and ensure you have a space of about 2-3 square feet to move freely and comfortably.
Sessions will run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, providing the flexibility to join for either the first 30 minutes or the full hour.
